Lancaster man shot in a possible robbery attempt

Police in Lancaster are investigating a shooting that happened Saturday afternoon.
Officers were called to the 600-block of Euclid Avenue just before 1:00 p.m.
They say they found a man on the scene with a gunshot wound to his arm.
The shooting happened on a nearby trail in the woods that leads to Sterling Place and Hershey Heritage Apartments.
The victim was conscious and alert and gave an unclear description of two suspects.
Police believe the shooting may have happened during a robbery attempt.
