UPDATE: Arrest warrant issued in Lancaster Prince Street shooting

Police are looking for a man who they believe is responsible for an early morning shooting in Lancaster city. Police filed aggravated assault and firearms charges against 22 year-old Robert Lowden. They believe he is connected to a shooting that happened on the first block of South Prince Street around 7 a.m. Saturday morning.

The victim was found with gun shot wounds to his arm and groin area in the first block of West King street. The suspect and the victim apparently knew each other. The victim was taken to Lancaster General Hospital for treatment of his injuries that required surgery. His condition is listed as serious but stable.  Investigators have learned that this was not a random attack and that the victim was targeted by the suspect.
