YORK, PA(WPMT)- Colin Hafer, 24, of Harrisburg plead guilty in York County Court this morning to voluntary manslaughter in the death of 20 year old Shawn Jarvis last summer. Hafer faces a sentence of 5 to 10 years in state prison under the plea deal according to the District Attorney’s Office.
Hafer got into a fight and shot Jarvis with a semi-automatic handgun in Center Square in Hanover Borough last June. Jarvis died later at York Hospital.
