A mild break for Wednesday

MIDWEEK TRANQUILITY:  We’re back to milder air for Wednesday.  Expect highs climbing to 50° today despite the early fog and cloud cover.  We’ll remain mostly dry with only an isolated shower lingering.  As high pressure moves in tonight, we break the clouds and temps drop to near 30°.  Thursday looks partly cloudy with the return of sunshine.  Highs will be in the lower 40s.

NEXT SYSTEM:  Our next system gears up for Friday into Saturday.  Friday, clouds return with the chance for some late rain showers.  We’re in the low 40s for highs.  Overnight, we see showers likely lasting into Saturday.  The rain fades late Saturday as highs reach the middle 40s.  Sunday, we may see a few showers linger in spots as clouds break for a bit of sun.  Highs Sunday hold in the middle 40s.

NEXT WEEK:  It’s mostly cloudy Monday with highs in the upper 40s.  We may see a stray shower.  Tuesday, we’re back to the low 40s as a coastal low of the coast forces the colder air into the Northeast.  There’s a chance for some showers as the system clips the coast.

Have a wonderful Wednesday!
