Coroner: Dauphin Co. Prison inmate died of natural causes

SWATARA TOWNSHIP (WPMT)-An autopsy has revealed an elderly Dauphin County Prison inmate died of natural causes, according to a news release.

James Bolton, 83, was found dead in his cell on Nov. 30 around 2 a.m.

Bolton had been at the prison since January 2013. He was serving out a sentence for indecent assault on a child.

The Dauphin County Criminal Investigation Division assisted the Coroner’s office in the investigation.
