Coroner Releases ID of man found in York Apartment

The York County Coroner’s Office has identified the man found Tuesday evening.

Bobby E. Hetrick, 45, of the 1100 block of North George Street, died at York Hospital at 7:57 p.m. on Dec. 9,  according to York County Deputy Coroner Claude Stabley.

Police were called to investigate reports of a man found dead in an apartment in the first block of South George Street in York on Tuesday.

No weapons was reported to have been used in the incident.

Stabley said an autopsy was scheduled for Wednesday morning at Lehigh Valley Hospital to determine a cause and manner of death.

York City police are continuing to investigate the incident.
