Southbound Lanes of Route 222 are shut down from Route 272 in Berks County to the Turnpike exit.
County Control says a tractor trailer that was carrying cars rolled over, spilling cars onto the roadway.
The driver may be trapped inside.
Accident happened shortly after 11:00AM.
The southbound lanes are expected to be shut down for several hours.
