HARRISBURG, PA(WPMT) Harrisburg City Police arrest and charge Jose Contreras-Paniagua, 41, in a December 6, shooting at South 17th & Derry Streets.
Investigators released surveillance photos of a red 1999-2003 Ford Windstar, that at the time unidentified, Contreras-Paniagua appeared to be driving at the time of the shooting.
Charges against Contreras-Paniagua include Criminal Attempt Homicide, Aggravated Assault and Reckless Endangering.
