Motorists are advised there will be traffic lane restrictions on eastbound Route 30 on Friday, Dec. 19, at the east end of the Wrights-Ferry Bridge over the Susquehanna River as motorists enter Columbia Borough in Lancaster County. Motorists should expect to encounter a single-lane traffic restriction in this area between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. The traffic lane restrictions are necessary so that construction crews can work safely to repair potholes.
Motorists are asked to be alert to this operation and to slow down when approaching and driving through the work zone – for their safety, as well as for the safety of the maintenance crews. The Pennsylvania State Police will be present to assist in helping to slow down traffic.
