TUESDAY:  Clouds stay put with thick fog and drizzle greeting us this morning.  A few showers pass early with just a couple more through the day today.  Warmer air begins nudging northward though the day today but stable, damp air holds the warmest air at bay.  Expect highs in the middle 40s with little change in the drizzly, misty air.  For the final night of Hanukkah, expect cool damp air and a hazy sky.  Overnight, we hold our tempos in the mid 40s as the first batch of heavy rain moves in for daybreak.

CHRISTMAS EVE:  It’s a day of clouds, wet weather, and warming through midnight.  We expect highs to climb through the 50s all day, topping out near 60° toward midnight.  We have periods of heavy rain through the day, with some heavy rain and even thunder in the late evening.  Rain will amount to an inch or so.  The rain ends abruptly as we move toward daybreak on Christmas morning.

CHRISTMAS DAY:  A westerly wind gusts up for the holiday. We start in the lower 40s with mid 40s for highs.  It’s mostly cloudy but it looks dry. Enjoy!

WEEKEND:  The sun is back for Friday as high pressure returns.  We should hold in the upper 40s, above average for highs. Saturday, we’re partly cloudy with highs around 50°!  By Sunday, we watch our next system, so we’re watching the chance for rain with highs in the lower 40s.

Have a terrific Tuesday!
