Lebanon City man arrested on drug and weapon charges

LEBANON, PA (WPMT) A Lebanon City man faces multiple charges involving an illegal weapon and drugs.  The Lebanon County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at the S. 11th Street home of 40 year old Angel Miguel Pagan.


They allegedly found an AK-47 assault rifle, two ballistic vests and 27 packages of marijuana.  Pagan has a previous conviction which precludes him from owning a firearm.

Charges against Pagan include Possession with Intent to Deliver Synthetic Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Deliver a Designer Drug, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Person not to possess a Firearm and Possession of Instruments of a Crime(body armor).

Following arraignment, Pagan was sent to Lebanon County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.
