Teenager charged with arson at Lebanon High School

Police have charged a 15-year-old student in connection with a fire at Lebanon High School Tuesday.

Police charged the boy with arson, institutional vandalism and risking a catastrophe. He was taken into  custody of Lebanon County Probation Services.

The fire broke out around 8 a.m. Tuesday.  Two separate fires were found in a boy’s bathroom at the school.  A roll of paper towels and some rags in a closet appeared to have been intentionally lit police said.

Students were evacuated from the school but damage was minimal.
