Harrisburg Police say they have arrested 18-year-old Jamoni Anderson and charged him with homicide in connection with the death of 21-year-old Maurice Geter.
Geter was found with a gunshot wound to the body in the area of 15th and State streets on Nov. 19th.
Geter was transported to Harrisburg hospital where he died.
