An attorney from Dover will not be able to practice law for three years, after a ruling by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Robert A. Krug, who has been an attorney since 1977, was the subject of five different complaints to Office of Disciplinary Counsel in the last three years. All the complaints are similar: Krug would accept client fees, begin working on cases and then would fall out of contact with his clients. In each case, which ranged from 2001 until this year, Krug was hired to administer estates. Many took years to complete, no matter how simple they were to resolve. In the ruling, the court says Krug infrequently returned emails and calls from his clients.
The suspension takes effect on January 29th, 2015, according to the press release.
