Police investigate shots fired in Lebanon City on New Year’s Eve

LEBANON CITY (WPMT)- Police are investigating after several shots were fired on New Year’s Eve in Lebanon City.

It happened along the 900 block of Guilford Street around 6:30 p.m.  A witness told police they saw two men walking next to the a parking lot–when one of the men pulled out a gun and fired several shots into the ground. The two men then fled onto North 9th Street. Investigators located several shell casings on the sidewalk.

No one was hurt.
