EAST LAMPETER TOWNSHIP (WPMT)-Police need your help in identifying a woman wanted for stealing a purse from a shopping cart in Lancaster County. According to investigators, the woman used the victim’s credit cards to rack up over $1,000 worth of fraudulent purchases at Walmart, Kmart and Target stores in East Lampeter Township.
