Winter Weather Advisory in effect through 5 P.M.

A wintry mix containing mainly freezing rain overspreads through morning before changing to rain.




A transition from a wintry mix to a cold rain continues to take place throughout the area this afternoon. Some icy patches and slippery travel are still possible through the afternoon as the changeover takes place. In the meantime, a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Mifflin, Juniata, Perry, Dauphin, Cumberland, and Lancaster counties through 5 P.M. Total ice accumulations up to about one to two tenths of an inch are possible. Watch for icy or slick conditions on area roads and walkways.
