The snow caused some added stress to Tuesday’s morning commute.

With freezing temperatures expected Wednesday, many drivers are now facing slick and icy road conditions.

PennDot crews are continuing to treat the roads across Central Pennsylvania, however, when temperatures hit below 19 degrees, the salt loses some of its effectiveness.

Drivers should continue to use caution during their travels on Wednesday.
