LEBANON COUNTY, PA (WPMT) Pennsylvania State Police charge a Lebanon City man with lying on his application to purchase a firearm.
It happened at Dunham’s Sports, in South Lebanon Township on October 22, 2014. Michael David Aquino, 36, is accused of providing false information on the paperwork. He was subsequently denied the purchase through the Pennsylvania Instant Check System.
Aquino is charged with Sale or Transfer of Firearms and Unsworn Falsification to Authorities.
