The Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance celebrated its 10th anniversary for its "Hounds of Prison Education" program at the Wesley Center at the Camp Hill United Methodist Church.

The organization works with local rescue and shelter groups to save animals' lives through spay and neuter programs, adoptions and education.

Dozens of people enjoyed food and drinks as they danced the night away, raising money to show their support.

"It's just a really great time. We have DJ Tommy here playing some great music. We'll have free dance lessons later, lots of great food. It's just a really really great time for a good cause," said Patricia Hippler with the Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance.

Prizes were awarded for the best dressed, most unique and best overall dancer. All the money raised will benefit the organization's "De-Sex in the City" spay-neuter program.
