An emotional Sunday night, as family and friends gathered outside the Towne House Apartment Complex in Harrisburg, to remember Shalamar Greenhowe.

“She left her mark and her mark will never leave my heart or my family’s,” said her brother James Williams, tearfully.

Shalamar was last seen on Thursday night leaving work in Highspire. Family and friends created a Facebook page after she went missing -- posting pictures of her, her husband and two kids -- hoping to find information on her whereabouts.

"Their mom was more than what they would imagine. They're going to know how much she meant to the world," Williams added.

Just two days later, the 27-year-old mother of two was found dead inside the apartment complex on the 600 block of Boas Street in Harrisburg. Details surrounding her death are still unclear but officials are investigating as a homicide.

Police are searching for Phillip Greenhowe, wanted in connection with his wife's murder. The Greenhowes previously lived in a building on the 1400 block of Market Street in Harrisburg. One neighbor told FOX43 they were a nice, respectful couple who kept to themselves.

When news broke of Shalamar's death, her loved ones took to Facebook again, thanking the community for their love and support.

"She taught us all a few things through life that no matter what goes on through family, we're going to hold on to each other," said Williams.

A warrant is out for Phillip Greenhowe's arrest. He was last seen driving a dark blue 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe with Pennsylvania license plate HWZ-4292. He is considered dangerous. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact police.
