Aetna raises its minimum hourly wage to $16

HARFORD, CT (WPMT) Aetna, the nation’s third largest health care benefits company, is increasing its minimum to $16 an hour starting in April, as a way to attract and retain talented employees.  The company also says it will lower the cost of health benefits for some staffers next year.
