We are in the kitchen with Harry and Adrienne Tassou from Olivia's Mediterranean Restaurant in Gettysburg.

Plate #1

Salmon Genovese....

Fresh filet of Atlantic Salmon nestled atop our lemon dill sauce and smothered with grilled Brussels sprouts, heirloom tomatoes , fennel, and fresh garlic.

Plate #2

Bruschetta Kalamata....

Homemade Bread topped with Imported Tomatoes, Goat Cheese, Kalamata Olives, fresh Basil, Garlic and E.V.O.O.

Plate #3

Dolmades.......

Grape Leaves stuffed with ground chuck of beef and pork, chopped onions, fresh dill, s&p, and rice. Topped with Olivia's lemon dill sauce.

Drink #1

Tropical Fizz... Peach schnapps, Mango Vodka, ginger ale and fresh squeezed oranges..

Drink #2

Tiramisu Martini...... Rum Chata, Vanilla Vodka, Kahlua, cream, whipped cream and cinnamon....
