Police searching for man accused of exposing himself to woman at Park City Center

LANCASTER (WPMT)-Police have released a composite sketch of a man who allegedly exposed himself to a woman in the parking lot of the Park City Center in Lancaster on December 30.

The woman a told police she had just gotten into her vehicle, which was parked near the entrance of JC Penny, when a man approached the passenger side of her car. She said the man tried to open the door–but it was locked. When the woman looked over at the man–he was fondling himself, according to a news release. She drove away and contacted police.

Investigators said the man is Hispanic and appears to be between the age of 20 and 30.  He was wearing red gym shorts, a gray zip-up coat and a dark knit hat.
