LANCASTER, PA (WPMT) Police in Lancaster County seek help in locating a missing man. Howard Echternach, 28, was last seen at about 3:15 pm Wednesday in Martic Township.
Echternach is an asian male, about 5 feet 4 inches tall, and 175 pounds. He has a USMC tattooed on his neck. Echternach may be suicidal. A search by police and volunteers last evening turned up empty.
