Crews battle kitchen fire in Lemoyne Friday morning

Crews responded to a 2-alarm kitchen fire at an apartment  in Lemoyne Friday morning.

According to county control,  the fire broke out at  426 Market Street around 8:15 a.m.

No one was injured. The fire was able to be put out quickly by firefighters officials said.

The American Red Cross is assisting the victims.

Firefighters from around Cumberland County responded to the blaze, as well as firefighters from Harrisburg and northern York County.
