MIXED BAG OF PRECIP
MORE FRIGID AIR AHEAD
Plenty more cold air is here to stay across the region through the rest of the week. After a start in the single digits on Tuesday, highs reach the lower to middle 20s under partly cloudy skies. The chance for some flurries comes again on Wednesday, with temperatures less cold in the lower to middle 30s. Then, it’s yet another burst of frigid air, knocking temperatures into the 20s on Thursday.
NEXT WEEKEND
We’re slow to moderate leading into the upcoming weekend. Temperatures are in the 20s Friday, and near 30 degrees on Saturday. Friday brings plentiful sunshine, but a few snow showers are possible Saturday. Sunday, we’re watching the chance for more snow showers or light snow.
