NORRISTOWN: One of Pennsylvania’s 10 most wanted fugitives is captured by deputy U.S. Marshals in Montgomery County. Kareem Todd, 25, of York, was arrested Wednesday at a house in Norristown. Todd is being held by county authorities pending his return to York County.
On September 20, 2013, York City Police charged Todd, for a fatal shooting that occurred one week earlier in the 600 block of West Princess Street. The charges include Criminal Homicide, Possession of a Prohibited Firearm, and Firearms Not to be carried without a License.
Todd was also being sought by the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole as a parole absconder. Todd was on state parole supervision at the time of the shooting.
In 2014, the Pennsylvania State Police named Todd one of their Ten Most Wanted fugitives.
