HARRISBURG (WPMT) — Emergency crews rescued a man Friday after he became trapped between several vehicles at a Harrisburg salvage yard, according to Fire Chief Brian Enterline.

It happened just before 12:30 p.m. at Consolidated Scrap Resources located along the 1600 block of North Cameron Street.

A large pile of scrap materials collapsed–trapping a person between a trailer and several scrap vehicles, Enterline said.

Rescuers were able to free the unidentified man around 12:53 p.m.

He was flown to a local Hospital for treatment. No word on his condition.
