Police in Ephrata say a Stevens, Lancaster County boy was killed Friday afternoon.
According to police, the 9-year-old boy was with his father when they visited a farm on business along the 700 block of Rettew Mill Road in Ephrata Township.
Investigators say a feed cart weighing several hundred pounds tipped over on top of the boy, falling on top of him.
Officials say evidence at the scene suggests it was an accident
