CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA (WPMT) A Mechanicsburg man faces sexual assault charges involving a child. Upper Allen Police received a report last month that Joel Buser, 45, was to have had sexual contact with a child acquaintance. It allegedly happen at Buser’s home from July 2014 until the January report.
Following an investigation Upper Allen Police obtained a warrant for Buser’s arrest. The warrant was executed today. Charges include Aggravated Indecent Assault of a Child, Unlawful Contact with Minor, Indecent Assault of a Child and Corruption of Minors.
