Three people were injured when a vehicle and a horse and buggy collided in East Lampeter Township Saturday.
According to County control the accident happened shortly after 9:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Hartman Station Road (Route 896) just south of Route 30 near Rockvale Outlets.
A child reportedly suffered a severe laceration to the forehead and was conscious and breathing.
Officials say the horse possibly was going to be put down.
Officials are still on scene investigating.
