Dozens of uninsured and under insured kids are now all smiles after receiving free dental care.

Local providers held an event called "Sealant Saturday" at the York County School of Technology on South Queen Street.

Children between the ages of 6 and 16 received free dental exams, as well as, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss.

Organizers say it's a great way to give back to those who are currently underinsured or don't have insurance.

Today's event is in honor of National Children's Dental Health month.
