Harrisburg Police took a fugitive into custody Monday afternoon. Police got a tip that Joseph EverettĀ  was in a home on the first block of S. 17th Street. He was wanted on charges of receiving stolen property and drug paraphernalia. The homeowner gave police permission to go in and get Everett. While searching the home, police found ammunition, and decided to call in the Dauphin County Crisis Response Team. Everett eventually surrendered without incident.
