SOGGY:  After a gorgeous Monday, we’re in for a wet Tuesday.  Clouds are back for the morning hours, showers will push in from the south by 2PM.  Expect widespread showers through the late afternoon and evening, before it tapers to scattered rain overnight.  Highs today top out in near 50°.  As rain fades tonight, we drop to the upper 30s.  Expect up to 0.50” of rain.  Some minor flooding may occur with the snow melt too.

MILD:  With the sunshine returning for mid-week, we warm nicely to the middle to upper 50s on Wednesday!  It’s dry and pleasant so enjoy.  We’ll see some cooler air try to sneak in for Thursday, but we still make a run at the lower 50s.  We’re mostly sunny too.  Friday, clouds are back as we await our next system.  Most of the day is dry, but showers arrive toward midnight.  Highs are in the upper 40s.
