CARLISLE, PA (WPMT) Police in Cumberland County seek help from the public in locating a missing Carlisle woman. Pamela Palmer, 52, was last seen on video footage in the area of her apartment around 3:00 pm last Sunday. Since that time Palmer has missed 3 appointments and has been absent from work.
Palmer is a white female with dark ear length hair, hazel eyes, glasses, and a necklace tattoo around her neck. She does not have her ID, cell phone, keys or purse with her.
