UPDATE: Police responded to a person struck by a car in Columbia Borough, Lancaster County.
It happened just after 9:00 Wednesday night in the 400 block of South Front Street.
We're told a 45-year-old man from Wrightsville, York County was walking down the street when he was struck by a car.
He is listed in critical condition.
His identity has not been released at this time.
Police did have shut down part of the roadway.
The investigation is ongoing.

COLUMBIA, PA (WPMT) Police at the scene of a person struck in Columbia Borough, Lancaster County. It happened shortly after 9 o'clock Wednesday evening near the intersection of South Front (Route 441) and Mill Streets. Police shutdown that portion of the roadway.
The child was taken to the hospital. No word on the condition of the victim
