LEBANON COUNTY, PA (WPMT)  Four Lebanon County men are behind bars on drug related charges.

Galarza

Reimundo Galarza, 20, was arrested on March 7, after he allegedly agreed to sell five bags of synthetic marijuana to an undercover police officer on social media for $100.00.  Galarza was taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit when he appeared at the prearranged location in possession of the product he allegedly agreed to sell.  Charges include Criminal Attempt to Deliver Synthetic Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Deliver Synthetic Marijuana. Following arraignment he was ordered held in the Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $75,000 bail.

 

Spencer

On March 14, Thomas W. Spencer, 50, was taken into custody on a fugitive warrant stemming from the alleged delivery of crack cocaine to an undercover police officer in the 400 block of North 7th Street on June 1, 2013. Spencer had been charged two counts of Delivery of Crack Cocaine and two counts of Criminal Use of a Communication Facility which converted to a fugitive warrant when he failed to appear at a hearing to answer  the charges. Spencer was transported to the Lebanon County Central Booking Center where he was arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver and ordered held in the Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000.

 

Arasaki

On March 15, 22 year old  Andrew Arasaki of 110 Palm Lane Lebanon was taken into custody on charges of Delivery of Marijuana and Criminal Use of a Communications Facility stemming from the alleged delivery of marijuana to a police informant on November 1, 2014 in the 100 block of Rocherty Road Lebanon.  Police say a search of Arasaki’s residence found approximately ½ pound of marijuana.  Following arraignment Arasaki was  ordered held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

 

Rivera

On March 17, 2015 Ismael Rivera, 42 of 737 Lehman Street was arrested on two fugitive warrant for a drug offense charged by the Lebanon County Drug Task Force and a theft charge filed by Lebanon City Police.   The drug charge stemmed from an incident on May 28, 2014. Police charged Rivera with Possession of Crack Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after being found in possession of those items in the 500 block of Church Street, Lebanon. At the time Rivera was taken into custody, he was in possession of an uncapped syringe in his pants pocket. Following arraignment Rivera was sent to the Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000.
