Bagpipes filled the streets of downtown Harrisburg Saturday. The Capital's 17th Saint Patrick's Day parade brought huge crowds on a picture-perfect day. Around 2500 people participated in this year's parade, which started at Commonwealth and Walnut, worked up Second Street, and finished at North and 3rd. The music selection was one of many favorites for families and parade go'ers. Scooters, street dancers and marching puppies also brought some fun for everyone. The theme this year was feed the hungry. Parade organizers were collecting food along the parade route.
