CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA (WPMT) Thomas M. Baldwin, 23, of Shippensburg faces multiple sexual assault charges stemming from an encounter with a woman in the early morning hours of Thursday, March 5th. Baldwin was arrested by North Middleton Police later that day.
Charges include Rape, Aggravated Assault, Indecent Sexual Assault, False Imprisonment, Terroristic Threats and Unlawful Restraint. Following arraignment Baldwin was sent to Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $200,000 bail.
