CARLISLE, PA (WPMT)  A Carlisle woman is found unconscious in the bathroom of her apartment from a possible drug overdose.  The incident happened last Saturday, March 28, at the apartment of 24 year old Jessica Hess,  in the 100 block of W. High Street.  Police say drug paraphernalia was lying around the bathroom along with suspected heroin packets in the toilet.

Officers also discovered three children in the apartment, ages 9, 7 and two and a half months old. Hess was the only adult in the apartment.  She was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
