State Police  say a Dauphin County woman’s PSECU Visa debit card was used without her authorization at the York Galleria Target store in York County. But the card was never out of the victim’s hands. Police say the card was cloned. It happened last July, and police say the woman in this picture is a suspect.

The debit card was used to make purchases of three $100 gift cards.   Anyone with any information or who can identify the pictured female is asked to call the Harrisburg barracks at 717-671-7500 and reference incident number H01-2314696.
