Thousands of runners spent the morning in Chocolate Town USA for the 4th Annual Hershey 10k.
Around 3,000 people had the opportunity to run through Hershey park and raise funds for four nonprofits. They include Aaron’s Acres, Ronald McDonald House, Pennsylvania Family Support Alliance and Frank J. O’Connell Memorial Support Fund at HACC. Organizers say the 10k is a wonderful way to start the weekend.

Hershey Spokesperson, Kaylee Dugan says, “We have all different people come out- younger to older, male to female. It’s great to see everyone enjoy it, especially when there are families running together. Friends who’ve made this a tradition. It’s amazing to see cross the finish line.”

Some members of the FOX43 family raced through the finish line, including Sports Director Todd Sadowski, Morning Anchor Amanda McCall, reporter Melanie Orlines, Photographer Danielle Crone and Editor Shawn Gilgore.
