April is now officially “Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Month” in Pennsylvania. The state House of Representatives unanimously passed the resolution. It’s one of the ways the American Society for the Prevention of Animal Cruelty to Animals celebrates its many victories on behalf of animals each April. Supporters are encouraged to wear orange, which is the ASPCA’s official color.
