The Dauphin County coroner has been called to a tractor trailer wreck in Dauphin County.
The crash happened on I-81 north bound in East Hanover between Manada Hill and Grantville.
All lanes are blocked and traffic is now being detoured through exit 77.
Southbound lanes are not effected.
