CARLISLE (WPMT) — Police have charged a 29-year-old woman with child endangerment charges following at traffic stop in Carlisle Monday evening.
Alexandria Roberson is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, recklessly endangering another person and driving under suspension.
Roberson was spotted driving a gas powered mini-bike along the 300 block of North Pitt Street around 4:56 p.m. According to police reports, investigators stopped her after seeing a 7-year-old child hanging precariously off the front of the bike. Roberson was driving on a suspended license, police added.
The child was not wearing a helmet or any protective equipment.
