DSW show store joins the list of retailer who are celebrating openings at the West Manchester Town Center in York County.
If you've driven near Loucks Road in West Manchester Township, you've probably noticed the construction happening at the shopping center. The $47-million redevelopment of West Manchester Town Center is a project of M&R Investors. Major renovations include the creation of a pedestrian-friendly shopping environment with outward-facing storefronts and a plaza that will serve as a community landmark.
"It's extremely well-received, not only by the people of York, which is most important, but even on the retail level on a national basis as this project has taken shape, we have a lot more interest from other retailers that really never considered York," Rhino Realty President Bobby Traynham said.
Additional retailers and restaurants opening in the shopping center include AT&T, Buffalo Wild Wings, Burlington, Firehouse Subs, Sports Clips, Sprint and Subway, are expected to open their doors later in 2015. When complete, West Manchester Town Center will offer more than 700,000 square feet of retail and dining space.
