DAUPHIN COUNTY, PA (WPMT) A Dauphin County man is arrested in a road rage incident. It happened at about 12:50 pm in the parking lot of Colonial Commons on Jonestown Road, in Lower Paxton Township.
Police say Andrew M. Illiano, 25, witnessed his father and the victim, a 59-year-old Township resident engaged in an altercation in the parking lot. Illiano then attacked the victim, repeatedly punching and kicking him. The victim suffered substantial injuries in the assault.
Illiano was arrested at the scene and taken to the Dauphin County Booking Center. He is charged with aggravated assault.
