It's national Arbor Day-- the day people across the country and in Central Pennsylvania are celebrating trees.
Students from McKinley Elementary School joined York City Mayor Kim Bracey, State Forrester Matter Kern, City Parks and Sanitation employees, and Heritage Lawn and Landscape representatives at Penn Park for the special holiday.
