Drug Raid at a Home in West Hempfield Township

ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. — An Elizabethtown College student is accused of selling illegal drugs on campus. Pennsylvania State Police executed a search warrant Thursday night at the Schreiber Quadrangle campus residence of Christopher Angelo Ryan, 21, of Mount Holly Springs.  The search warrant was the culmination of a month long undercover investigation of the illegal sale of controlled substances on the college campus.

Items seized during the search included 30 pills suspected to be Xanax, three bags of white powder, digital scale, repackaging material, small ziploc baggies and empty clear capsules.

The white powder will be forensically tested at the State Police Laboratory in Harrisburg to determine if it contains controlled substances.

Charges against Ryan include Possession with Intent to Deliver the controlled substance Xanax and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
